The bassinet was a lifesaver during our travels as our little one could not yet sit up on her own. She loved being in it and it was very easy to pop her in and out. It is so convenient and the hiring process went very smoothly. Rachel was lovely to deal with and went above and beyond to help us find a stroller to hire as well, as hers was already booked out by someone else.

The bassinet was nice and clean and Rachel was super quick at communicating, pickup/ drop off went smoothly. I forgot one piece of the bassinet and Rachel was accomodating and understanding. Highly recommend.
