David was great to deal with however pram was not well kept and was very dirty when picked up annd unfortunately left me with no option as it was picked up just before leaving for overseas. I am unsure if it’s ever been cleaned as there were noticeable stains and marks on the shoulder straps. I would not have rented the pram had the condition have been disclosed. The push bar handle has chunks of foam missing from it and the overall condition of the pram is very poor. The carry strap for your shoulder is also broken and disconnects.

Pram was perfect for my flight. Communication was easy, as was pick up. However the pram was a little dirty when i picked it up, there were crumbs on the seat/under the seat liner.
