I understand this owner set no refund. But surely this should be within reason. Seller accepted my request for hire at 830am. I advised that I wanted to cancel at 4pm on the same day. Owner hadn’t even organized a collection time with me or given me the address for collection. Owner refused to process cancellation. After the rental period. I messaged owner to release my $300 bond. Owner ignored my request. After 4 days of no response I had to get kindershare involved to release my bond. Would not recommend this owner. Beware
