Julia responded very promptly and very patiently explained the rental process to a newbie like me. The experience was seamless from pick up to drop off. Julia was very accommodating, even when our flight was delayed and we had to delay a day in returning the pram. It was a pleasure to deal with her and I would highly recommend her to others.
