The vendor couldn’t have been more accommodating and helpful - I messaged at 10pm, she responded and had her husband deliver the snoo by 9am the next morning! I was so greatful for the quick and friendly service. Unfortunately the ad is misleading as the snoo looks and smells like it has had alot of use and the bags supplied were the older style (no third strap between legs). We also had to use a white noise player as the speaker was worn out and didn’t work but the owners weren’t aware of this.
