Sadly our baby has outgrown the Snoo - (recommended up to 6 months) We used it from 3 months onwards so only has been used for 3 months but definitely wish we purchased it sooner as it was an absolute game changer. There is slight damage on the right of the bassinet, it was damaged during transit while going away for the weekend as our baby only slept in it but otherwise in perfect condition. Happiest Baby has a free BASIC app (which we used throughout our time using it) there is however a paid version for you to use if you prefer. Snoo has been professionally cleaned and will continue to be cleaned in between hire so please do not wash during your rent time unless you need to.
