Please be careful undoing the Snoo Sack as the velcro will catch on the mesh wall and cause it to pill. The Snoo must be professionally cleaned before it is returned and receipts provided. I can advise where you can get it cleaned. If the Snoo isn’t professionally cleaned, the cost will be deducted from your bond.
