Things went very well with my rental. Michelle was friendly and so helpful! Only downfall was we had to pick up and drop off the item (we lived about an hour away). My husband would have loved to pay extra if it was able to be picked up haha but other than that everything went smoothly and was such a great experience. Thanks so much Michelle, looking forward to renting the travel bag from you again!
