We used the SNOO for the first six months of my first born and it saved our sleep and sanity during this time. The SNOO gave us peace of mind as first time parents knowing our baby was safe and snug while he slept. The sleep log was handy, keeping track of the hours of sleep per day. The rocking motion and white noise can be adjusted to different levels, turned off and also set to a weaning mode. This can be controlled from the SNOO app. We highly recommend the SNOO for the first six months of your babies life.
