  Had a great experience, Hannah was super lovely, a fantastic communicator and very flexible and accommodating. In terms of the SNOO itself. We got it at 6 weeks for our bub and she loved it until about 4- 4.5 months then very much outgrew it. Arms out in the Snoo didn’t work for us because she would get too distracted running her hands on the mesh sides. She never slept through but consistently only really up once or twice a night. Found it was easier to rock her to sleep on the Snoo sleep sack then hook in the straps when she was sleeping as opposed to how they instruct to use it. Didn’t find the app very accurate or useful. Our baby also only liked level 1 or 2 of rocking, others were too fast and kind of scared her! Anyway I would def recommend giving it a try and definitely would hire again from Hannah.
