SNOO is a responsive baby bassinet that boosts a baby’s sleep by combining gentle rocking with soothing white noise and snug, safe swaddling. Created by Dr.Harvey Karp (The 5 S’s, Happiest Baby on the Block). It helps babies by imitating the calming sensations of the womb. Suitable from birth to 6 months (or until baby can get on hands and knees) The SNOO has breathable mesh walls for healthy air flow. 5 levels of white noise and motion to soothe babies and boost sleep. An advanced algorithm to differentiate between baby’s cries and room noise. SNOO adds 1-2+ hours of sleep per night for babies. When SNOO detects crying, it automatically responds with increasing sound and motion, often calming fussing in under a minute! The one-of-a-kind swaddle secures babies safely on their backs, preventing risky rolling…for all nights and all naps. Rules
Agreement to sign required. 1. Condition Check and Acceptance The owner will perform a pre-rental condition check and deep clean prior to the rental of the SNOO and accessories. Any pre-existing wear, damage, or malfunction will be shared prior to the hirer taking possession. 2. Rental Fees and Refunds The SNOO is hired on a weekly basis with the weekly rental amount being listed above. Rental fees can either be paid fortnightly, monthly or the total cost upfront. 2 weeks rental is due at time of booking to secure the SnNOO. This is fully refundable should you wish to cancel if 14 days notice is given prior to the start of rental. There is a minimum rental period of 2 weeks ($100) unless otherwise agreed. If the hirer returns the SNOO before the 2 week period, the rental fee for the unused period will not be refunded. For hire periods exceeding 4 weeks, provided the minimum hire has been met, the SNOO may be returned early, and the rental fee for the unused portion will be refunded. 3. Hire Includes 1x SNOO Smart Sleeper bassinet 3x SNOO sleep sacks (1x S, 1x M, 1x L) 2x Sheet sets 1x Mattress 1x Waterproof mattress cover 4. Bond and Fees A $500 bond is required for all SNOO rentals. The bond will be returned to the hirer once the SNOO has been throughly checked. The bond will be retained in part or in full if: The SNOO is lost, stolen, damaged, or malfunctioning upon return. If the SNOO requires replacement, an additional fee of $1,500 will be requested from the hirer. A cleaning fee of $80 will be deducted from the bond if the SNOO is returned in a soiled state. The term “soiled state” refers to any significant staining or soiling of the SNOO’s fabric or surfaces. Damaged, soiled, or lost sleep sacks will incur a fee of $60 per sack. The SNOO is not unpaired from the hirer's app/Wi-Fi upon return. 5. Late Returns and Extensions The hirer agrees to return the SNOO and all accessories by the date outlined above. Late returns will incur a fee of $20 per day, deducted from the bond, unless a rental extension has been agreed upon and paid for in advance. Rental extensions may be granted if no prior booking is made for the extension period. Please contact the owner as soon as possible if you wish to extend your rental. 6. Reporting Issues The hirer agrees to notify the owner of any damage, malfunction, or loss of the equipment as soon as possible. 7. User Guide and Safety The hirer agrees to follow all manufacturer warnings, instructions, and guidelines related to the equipment and its use, including all safety recommendations. All user manuals available via website. 8. Liability The hirer agrees that the owner shall not be liable for any damage caused to persons or property resulting from the use of the rented equipment.
